By accessing or using Biexus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Biexus is an integration automation platform that allows users to connect third-party services and automate workflows between them. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws
  • The accuracy of integration credentials you provide

4. Credits and Billing

Automation credits are consumed each time an automation runs. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Refunds are not provided for unused credits. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Biexus to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit spam, malware, or malicious content
  • Abuse or overload connected third-party APIs
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data

6. Third-Party Integrations

Biexus connects to third-party services on your behalf. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Biexus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss or automation failures.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
